What the legal age to buy products?
You must be 21 years or older.
Where do you ship
We currently ship to all states! Please note, there are some restricted products for specific states. We do not ship Delta 8 THC products to Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, and Vermont. We do not ship THCa products to Oregon, Arkansas, Idaho, Rhode Island, Minnesota.
Do you ship outside the United States at this time?
We cannot ship outside of the United States at this time.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes! All of our packaging is shipped in unmarked brown boxes.
Can i cancel my order?
Due to our quick processing and turn around times, and in accordance with our 3PL partnerships, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed. In the event an order is still in the queue and we've reached your email within our 24-48 response timeframe, a cancellation can be processed. Please note, there are no guarantees a cancellation can be made.
Can i change my shipping address?
hipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. Please note, if a package is sent back to our warehouse due to an incorrect or insufficient address, Get HERB is not liable for its return as there is no guarantee it will make it back. If we receive the package, a $10 flat rate shipping fee will be implemented for all re-shipments.
When will my order ship?
We try our best to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Certain factors can affect this timeframe like sales or orders placed on a weekend day. Please note, our processing timeframe is not included in the shipping timeframe.
Can i track my shipment?
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your Get Herb account. Please check your spam folder if you have not yet received a tracking number. If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 7 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
Can i expedite mt shipment?
We process all orders in the order in which they are received. Please keep in mind that the shipping option elected at checkout only pertains to the speed in which the courier will use. If you would like a faster shipping option, please opt for faster shipping at checkout. All orders take 1-3 business days for processing. Orders placed on the weekend will begin to ship the following Monday morning.
What about Damaged Products?
As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. If you have received a broken item, please send us a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) along with the packing slip you received and we'll do our best to resolve the issue. Please note, all product concerns need to be reported within 7 days of delivery to be considered for replacement.
What about Stolen Products?
We know carrier issues and delays can happen. We find that some carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next four business days. Please note, Get HERB is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 7 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
